It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, preventing the pathological transformation of estrogen - the female reproductive hormone - and reduces its negative impact on the body.

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a bioavailable, active, natural form of indole in the form of a pair of molecules of indole-3-carbinol. It is both found in cruciferous vegetables and formed in the intestines during indole digestion.
